Jody Kamali
Jody Kamali is a versatile British comedian, actor, and writer renowned for his distinctive approach to character comedy and his roots in contemporary clowning. Over the past fifteen years, Kamali has made his mark as a performer, writer, and creative force, having written and performed fifteen solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. His work combines a unique blend of physical comedy, improvisation, and clowning.
Kamali’s success is not limited to the stage. He has made a notable impact on screen with appearances in both film and television. His film credits include Golden Years, available on Netflix and Prime, a comedy-drama in which Kamali showcases his knack for playing quirky, memorable characters. On television, he has appeared in Harry Hill’s Tea Time on Sky and BBC drama Casualty.
In addition to his extensive live performance and screen acting work, Kamali is currently adapting his latest solo show into a feature film with Alcove Entertainment. This project marks a new chapter in his creative journey, allowing him to bring his distinct brand of character comedy to a broader audience through film.
